I search on the internet for two articles and a Sunday morning talk show every week. I update my blog with summaries, that is all.

"Bachmann: Obama spending 'like a banana republic'"
Michele Bachmann says that President Obama spending policies have the US "acting like a banana republic". Bachmann feels as though as if Obama is being completely irresponsible and putting more people in debt because of the way he "runs" the government. To be honest, Bachmann doesn't quite understand the Constitution or Congress in general. Its not just up to Obama to spend all the money or create policies, its a group effort. Congress has to agree before Obama wants to do anything, Obama's job is to enforce the rules.
"Sarah Palin says she's not ready to endorse"
Sarah Palin
Sarah Palin isn't feeling really enthusiastic for any GOP presidential candidates because she isn't even ready to make an endorsement. She wants to endorse only if she has enthusiasm within "herself", it has to be there, she has to feel it in her gut before it can happen. Palin preferred helping with the Republicans "win elective office at various levels". I feel like Palin just wants the fame because there really isn't anything for her to address except for her presidential campaign.
"Bachmann swats at Gingrich for challenging her facts"
Newt Gingrich and Michele Bachmann
Michele Bachmann feels as though Gingrich does not treat her as an equal candidate. Today, she made it very clear of what Gingrich was doing to her, and its not right. In Bachmann's argument, she said "I am not a student of his, I am a serious candidate for the presidency, and I think its important that I be treated as an equal on that stage". Personally, I feel as though Gingrich is picking on her because she is a woman. In the government or any "important" job, women are not looked as equal or superior as males does.
Last night, Bachmann and Gingrich were going back and forth with his record on abortion and the consulting work he did for Freddie Mac. Bachmann did not say if she thought if Gingrich was being sexist towards her with the comments he made. Instead of opening up and saying her opinion, Bachmann said "People looking at that would have to make that accusation", on the subject of Gingrich was being sexist. Bachmann is a woman who kept getting her facts mixed up so I felt that Gingrich was not in the wrong for being condescending.

Life Is An Open Book?
Newt Gingrich says that his votes are able to as him anything because his life an "an open book". He is willing to take harsh criticism of his voters if they do not like him as a whole, flaws and all. Gingrich showed up to work one day said that "Guys we're going to have to answer all the questions". The candidate knew that one day if his past was going to catch up to him, he was going to have to face it. What he is trying to accomplish is, what dirt can the media or anybody can "dig up" on Gingrich? Whatever they have to "publish", it would be not be a surprise because Gingrich is so open with his life, "life is an open book".
“There are periods of my life I’ve had to seek forgiveness and reconcile with God for,” he said last month in an interview in New Hampshire. “But if you look at who I am today, I think I can withstand scrutiny as well as anyone else in the field.”The above quote says that Gingrich admits that his life isn't perfect and there are moments in his life that he regrets, but we're all human. No one is perfect. Gingrich was true to his word, he made himself available to answer every reporter's question at almost all the appearances.
